Strood Station Platform Replacement

MegaTech Projects Ltd was awarded the contract to remove and replace the existing timber trestle platform at Strood in Kent.

The works were part of the Main Contractor (C.Spencer Ltd) overall  contract for platform and refurbishment works to the station.

The works were carried out during a blockade at Easter 2015 with MPL completing the platform work in 8 hours.

The full platform ancillaries including fencing and tactilles were completed in an overall duration of 13 hours.
