MegaTech Projects Awarded West Sussex Contract

MegaTech projects Ltd has been awarded the contract to Design, Supply and Install our Network Rail approved Expanded Polystyrene System (EPS) platform system to three stations in West Sussex. The contract to supply and install Lancing, Goring-on-Sea and Cooksbridge with Dyer & Butler as the Main Contractor is a challenge to all involved. Having only being awarded the contract in Mid-January 2020 the three EPS extensions are to be designed, supplied and installed by the end of April this Year. With total platform lengths exceeding 220 linear metres MPL and D&B aim to have all three extensions complete in time for the introduction of the new timetable on the lines, in Mid May 2020. This gives a period of just three months from initial getting boots on the ground and Topo Surveys through to entering the three extensions into service. An unbelievable task but one we look forward to achieving.
