Mental Health Matters To MegaTech

Being a small family business, ‘checking in’ and keeping an eye on one another is something MegaTech Projects are well accustomed to.
However, with no training or formal understanding of identifying when someone is struggling it is a practice we have until now been limited with and keep in house.

As a result, all 5 senior managers at MegaTech Projects Ltd have undertaken a mental health first aiders course and been accredited with Mental Health First Aid certificates. Being mental health first aiders gives us the ability to assess situations, provide initial support to individuals who are struggling and guide them in the right direction for professional help.

Having an increased awareness of mental health allows MPL to take this into the general work environment and day to day life, providing assistance where required.
