Hartlebury

Adapting platforms for longer trains has never been easier. When Dyer and Butler contacted MPL and told us they needed 2 platforms extended at Hartlebury station under rules of the route possessions we immediately knew they’d come to the right people.

With MPL’s minimum installation rate of 2 linear metres per hour, 2 Saturday nights with 6 hours working time would see the 2nr 7m platform extensions installed. In the end we did just that to deliver the platforms well in advance of the GA, the clients, entry into service dates.

The two platforms were extended in February 2022 ahead of the October opening deadline.
