With over 20 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Industry gained with a number of reputable civil engineering contractors, Neil has extensive experience in the successful promotion of rail infrastructure works, high quality streetscaping, public realm environmental improvements and major civil engineering projects. He has worked as a key project partner on high quality, high profile schemes using performance based pavement systems and bespoke rail systems including Mega-Tech’s range of platform extension solutions.
Neil was recently part of a National Working Group reviewing and compiling a template for a Vocational qualification in the laying of Natural Stone materials.
As principal agent for the contractor, Neil is responsible for project delivery safely, on time, to budget and the specified quality. Ownership of Health and Safety, project management, communications, quality of workmanship, environmental management and public liaison. Responsible for measurement and valuations for agreement with the Client Agent.
